Meeting Minutes and Documents
Any minutes or document are not intended to be the official meeting minutes but is intended to provide general information about meeting activity. To obtain official meeting minutes, please contact the Pooler City Clerk's office. While every attempt is made to insure accuracy, Council Minutes viewed on-line should not be considered an official record. In some instances, minutes may be available on-line before being formally reviewed and approved by the City Council. In addition, certain aspects of electronic communication (such as unauthorized modification of electronic data, errors in transmission, or web browser incompatibilities) are beyond the control of the City of Pooler or the City Clerk's Office. Minutes viewed on line should not be considered suitable for legal purposes; please contact the Clerk's Office for official copies.
