Chief Clarence E. ChanClarence Chan, who has been the Police Chief for the past 23 years has lived in Pooler for four decades. He and his wife, Laura have two sons, Peter and Steven, and several grandchildren.
Chief Chan earned his Juris Doctorate and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He is also a member of the Georgia Assoc of Chiefs of Police and regularly attends Holy Angels Episcopal Church.
