Building Inspections Dept issues permits, and conducts inspections for all new construction, alterations, repairs, removal, and demolition. Their Office reviews all building plans to confirm that the proposal will comply with the ICC 2006 Standards.

Code Enforcement


One of Pooler's priorities is to preserve the beauty and character of our community. Therefore, we empower our Certified Code Enforcement Officer to prevent unsightly situations, including:

4.  Weed/Grass Growth

5.  Abandoned Houses

Permits Required
