Julie Moore
Human Resources Director
Human Resources Director
Julie has been a
resident of Pooler for more than 3 years. She has a Master’s Degree in
Human Resources Development as well as a Professional Human Resources
Certification.
She is a member of SHRM, GLGPA, IPMA-HR and GGFOA. The Human
Resources Department is responsible for the development of one of the
City’s most valuable assets....its employees.
The department oversees the following areas for the City’s 150 employees:
- Employee Benefits & Programs
- Health & Wellness Programs
- Personnel Administration
- Safety & Loss Prevention
- Training
- Compensation
Michelle McNeely
Finance Officer
Michelle obtained her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia in 2000. She is also a Certified Local Government Finance Officer through the Carl Vinson Institute of Government. She is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, as well as the local Georgia chapter of this organization.
The Finance Department is responsible for establishing the annual budget, treasury management, accounts payable, property tax administration, and directing the annual audit procedure.
